Born in Novara on 22 September 1976, he graduated in Law (old system) at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan on 11 July 2002.
He continued his training by obtaining, on 6 June 2005, the Specialization Diploma for the Legal Professions at the same Catholic University, at the end of a two-year course with daily attendance. On 10 November 2006 he passed the bar qualifying exam at the Court of Appeal of Turin (2005 session).
He later broadened his background with a second-level Master’s in Administrative Law and Procedure at the Just Legal Service Legal Training School in Milan and, more recently, with the European Programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) of the Council of Europe.
Professional registrations
He has been registered with the Novara Bar Association since 21 February 2008 (no. 669), after a previous registration with the Milan Bar, and is authorized to provide legal aid at the State’s expense in the areas of Administrative Law and Procedure, Labour and Social Security, Citizenship and Residence. Since 22 May 2020 he has been registered with the Special Register of Cassation Lawyers and Higher Jurisdictions of the National Bar Council.
Professional activity
Over the course of his work he has collaborated with several law firms in Novara and Milan, gaining solid experience both in litigation — before the Regional Administrative Court, the Council of State and the ordinary court — and out of court.
Currently, at the Novara office, he deals in particular with administrative law, immigration law, asylum and citizenship, anti-discrimination law and labour law, public and private.
Civic engagement
He is a member of the Forensic Chamber for the Constitution. He also actively supports the Melting Pot Europa project, an initiative dedicated to promoting the rights of foreign citizens and freedom of movement.
